I have invested considerable time and effort to bring my negotiation skills to the highest professional level in real estate, saving my clients thousands of dollars. Of all my Designations, this is my clients’ favorite There are less than 30 Realtors with this designation in the State.

CRS - Seller Representative Specialist

The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. There are less than 150 Realtors with this designation in the State.

CDPE - Certified Distressed Property Expert

Obtaining knowledge of foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners. CDPEs can provide solutions, specifically short sale, for homeowners facing market hardships.

  • REALTOR® — Maryland 2000 – present

    I started with Long and Foster in 2000 to build my own real estate business. I then hung my license with RE/MAX. I am responsible for working with buyers, sellers, and investors, negotiating contract terms, reviewing documents and ensuring their accuracy, and guiding clients through the escrow process. Consistently communicate transaction status to buyers and sellers through their preferred method of contact. I have lead a top producing team since 2010.

    Board of Directors – Southern Maryland Association of Realtors. — Maryland 2016 – present
