My name is Dawn Riley and I am the founder of Riley Team, the Top Real Estate Team in Southern Maryland and Saint Marys County. I speak only three languages—English, Real Estate, and Computers. With more and more home buyers and sellers using the internet as a primary source of information these days, working with a technologically savvy Realtor has become an absolute must.

I have built a highly successful career in Southern Maryland real estate by leveraging my Information Technology and Computer background to help my clients sell and find the home of their dreams. I am pleased and honored to have one of the most experienced and hard-working team. I work with our Sellers and Listings, while the rest of the Team handle all our buyers as Buyer's Agents. Dawn Riley

Dawn leads Riley Team with almost 20 years of experience in Maryland Real Estate. As Lead Listing Agent, Dawn leverages technology and market intelligence to help clients sell properties quickly and at top dollar. Just as the licensed real estate broker, she has completed the required amount of educational, requirements, and experience needed to obtain her brokerage license. She is an ASSOCIATE BROKER with ReMax ONE.

Rachel Broderick

Rachel is a Prince Frederick native, and is delighted to be serving the community through the Real Estate Industry! Upon graduation, Rachel enrolled at CSM and became one of the youngest Realtors in the Tri-County Area, at the age of 18. In 2003, she enrolled in coursework at Florida Atlantic University, in Boca Raton, Florida. While in Florida, she worked for an award winning new home builder as the Sales Center Director, and then as the Sales and Design Center Director. In 2008 she completed the Residential Design program at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, and then went on to earn a B.A. in History from Florida Atlantic University, as well. In 2013, Rachel was asked to join The Riley Team.

Dwayne Gantt

Dwayne’s Buyer Agent style is consumer focused and intent on creating the easiest, most comprehensive experience for all parties. With a background in home improvement and landscaping, he offers a practical eye for his clients to protect their interest both inside and outside of the real estate transaction. He is a newly licensed agent and has already acquired his Military Relocation Specialization and is focused on continuing his education and experience to become the best agent for his clients. When Dwayne is not finding homes for others, you can find him at home with his family, which includes a new daughter and a son.

Jose Monterroza

If you’re looking for a big work ethic and an even bigger heart, look no further than Jose Monterroza. Jose mans our Spanish Speaking Realtor Division and has grown to be one of the top producing bilingual agents in the area. His fluency in both Spanish and English enables him to tap into new resources both in the home buying and selling industries, as well as other professionals utilized daily by members of the real estate community. Jose has lived in Southern Maryland since 2005 and is a strong believer in the power of community. Tapping into his passion for dance, he frequently hosts dance classes and performances to fundraise for various non-profit organization and frequently volunteers at the Tri-County animal shelter. .

Danielle Rowe

Danielle is devoted to working with others and has had a lifelong passion for real estate. Her energetic and friendly nature puts her clients at ease. She strives to make each client feel at home while helping them to find their dream home! Born and raised in Calvert County, Danielle loves the country living atmosphere. Danielle earned her bachelor’s degree from Towson University and after college worked in the HR department at the Census Bureau. Now, Danielle lives in Huntingtown with her husband and family. She loves nothing more than quality time with her friends and family. She also enjoys spending time on the water or at the beach with a book in her hand.

Nikki Threatt

Nikki grew up in Oregon, but moved to Maryland in 2005 for college. After meeting her husband, they lived in the area for 4 years before his military career moved him out of the country. During her time as a military spouse, she raised 4 children and won multiple awards for her volunteer work with the military. Now she is so excited to be back fifteen years later after living in England, Italy, and Texas. In addition to giving her a different, more worldly perspective she believes that her time as a military spouse will help her empathetically assist with the huge military community in Southern Maryland. She can’t wait to help her clients find their perfect home to build a life in and sites her family as her main motivation. “I want to be the best me I can be,” she says. “I want to be successful in everything I do so that I can set an example for my children. My clients can expect to get 100% from me.” Nikki is a Buyers Agent on The Riley Team, with a specialization on military families and relocations.

Erika Kaine Bottalico

Erika Kaine Bottalico’s family helped shape Southern Maryland homes. Now Erika’s keeping that legacy going with The Riley Team. Her family business, Kaine Homes, has built homes for Southern Maryland families and greatly influenced development in the area for generations. A graduate of Queen Anne School in Upper Marlboro and Allegany College of Maryland in Cumberland, Erika went on to pursue her career in dental hygiene, where she was a licensed practitioner for over a decade. But the urge to follow her family’s legacy was always present, which led her to get her Real Estate license in 2016 to stay connected to the community she loves. Her helpful and soothing nature combined with her lifetime of knowledge enabled her to quickly grow her business and within her first few years as an agent she was given Gold and Silver awards of Sales Excellence and inducted into the Remax 100 Club. Erika lives in Prince Frederick with her daughter and husband, and is a passionate crafter and traveler. When she’s not busy working or chasing her daughter, she loves visiting the best Southern Maryland vineyards or restaurants and relaxing at the beach.

Corbett Frazier

Corbett came to us from a graphic design background. She puts that experience to use by maintaining our websites and designing collateral for our listings. She also manages monitors all the Team's transaction processes. She keeps parties informed of status, dates, and deadlines, processes documents, schedules inspections, reports, appointments. Her enhanced communication between other agents, clients, and title companies provide more rapid responses to clients.
